The Mizuno Mondo Control is a classic 90s runner from the Japanese label’s archive. After seeing a collaborative version of the model that had Mizuno teaming up with Patta last year, we now see this collaborative version of the model that has been treated Parisian La MJC in a special way.
Opting for a premium look and feel, this iteration of the Mizuno Mondo Control is constructed out of premium materials consisting of mesh, suede and leather. Donning a fresh and clean look for the Summer season, the shoe’s base comes dressed in White, which is then offset by two shades of Grey and the Pink accents noted on areas such as the tongue, heel and side panel branding. Standout details include Mizuno’s RunBird logo as well as co-branding noted on areas such as the tongue and heel. Adding some oomph to the release is the reflective 3M on the heel, above La MJC’s embossed signature “Vivre Sans Temps Mort”.
