New Balance has become the talk of the town, particularly with their innovative silhouettes that capture a mixture between heritage and modern technology. Silhouettes like the 990, which have been around for decades, have continued to receive new versions that show the Boston-based brand’s willingness to innovate. The fusion between both the past and the future continues to be an ethos and is displayed on full-scale with their upcoming BB9000.
The New Balance BB9000 has combined elements from the classic 480 and 550 silhouettes, pairing them with performance elements from sneakers like the OMNIS, TWO WXY, and the KAWHI. Additional silhouettes including the lifestyle 1300 and 574 models have made their mark along the BB9000. Look for the first release to include two colorways, one in blue and the other in red.
Right now, it looks like the New Balance BB9000 has been pegged for an April 1st release through New Balance.com for $140. How do you feel about NB’s latest basketball sneaker?
