Nike now available in “Bread and Butter”
If you are into sneakers and street-wear and never heard of Bread & Butter, you should go back and do some studying. The world-renowned tradeshow is held in Berlin, debuting in fashion shows, brand labs, music and much more.
Together with Zalando and Nike, the event adopts female empowerment as a permanent state of mind, whether in athletics or daily life, displaying ideas in support of women as a social issue. Nike then decided to present a limited edition of the AF1 Upstep Premium Low under the slogan “The Force is Female”.
After all, the AF1 is a very strong pillar when it comes to hip-hop and street-wear, so in all honesty, this is most probably the best silhouette to engage in such controversial issue. This particular shoe will drop exclusively in women sizes and in two colorways: triple-white and “vivid sulfur”.
Both are built with a premium leather and sit on top of a white chunky midsole, displaying custom insoles. Available on September 1, you can get yours online at Zalando or if you’re around the tradeshow, you can grab your pair and get it customized at the Nike Booth.
