Puma has made continual efforts to shock the sneaker game, particularly through their retro style designs. One successful design has been the Ralph Sampson Mid, a sneaker that has captured the hearts of vintage basketball fans. In its latest iteration, the ’70s silhouette is tapped as the shoe of choice by fashion label Maison Kitsuné.
This iteration of the Ralph Sampson Mid is produced with the ’70s in mind, released in OG prototype shape. Inspired by Paris and Tokyo streetwear, the colorway is a fusion of the two styles together. Black nylon makes up the upper, while gum covers the latter portion.
The Puma x Maison Kitsuné Ralph Sampson ’70s Mid is dropping for $150 on Puma.com and the Maison Kitsuné webstore. Take a look at official photos below. Keep it locked to Cult Edge for all of your sneaker updates.
