Sneaker Freaker and Diadora reveal the V7000 ‘Taipan’
The Diadora V7000 Taipan is the latest collab with Sneaker Freaker’s creative signature. Hardcore sneakerheads will be familiar with Sneaker Freaker.
The Australian “boogazine” is one of the most popular footwear publications in the world. As a result, there’s always hype when the mag puts out their own shoe.
Moreover, the folks over at Sneaker Freaker have come across a milestone. It happens to be the magazine’s 15th anniversary this year.
So, of course, they had to celebrate. In doing so, the mag is collaborating on their first project with Diadora. The model of choice is the V7000.
Bringing together the two partners has predictably resulted in a collaborative gem. Named for the world’s deadliest land snake, the ‘Taipan’ V7000 doesn’t spare expense.
The upper sees a combination of sandy suede and olive nubuck, underpinned by ‘snakeskin’ panels. The midsole sports speckles and hints of violet.
Altogether, this is exactly the sort of quality you can expect from this sneaker-crazed partnership. That notion is only amplified by the ‘Taipan”s snake-themed shoebox. Look for this model at select Foot Locker EU locations on November 23rd.
The ‘Taipan’ is also going to be sold online on Sneaker Freaker‘s website soon.
