Vault by Vans x Alyx is more a like a fresh take on classic Vans’ silhouettes. The colors are quite sober and summer-ready, but small important details are seen on the upper just like special tongue-tags, laces and eyelets.
Alyx, the Chicago-born was raised in California and takes inspiration from his Cali-youth as well as his surroundings to create pieces for his own brand. Matthew M. Williams, the Creative Director, has worked in art, music, and fashion.
