Rock on with the Vans x Metallica collab
Vans continue with its longtime and fruitful connection with music and with some of the biggest rock bands around. This time the Californian brand and the trash metal masters Metallica called for the “Kill ‘Em All” album artwork as an inspiration for two new takes on the Sk8-Hi and the Slip-On.
The SK8-Hi features a printed canvas and black suede upper with contrasting red laces. The Slip-On includes superior details like the Metallica band logo embroidered on the heel.
“Kill ‘Em All” was Metallica’s debut album. It was released in 1983, and included seminal tracks like ‘Hit the Lights’, ‘The Four Horsemen’ or ‘Seek & Destroy’.
