Japanese fashion house visvim Spring/Summer 2017 collection stays consistent. Trend after trend almost forces several brands to constantly rethink their approach.
In that light, it’s nice to see one that sticks to its original ideal. One of the things we learned is that the fashion industry is in flux. In fact, it can’t seem to stick to an ethos for far longer than a year of collections.
The original aesthetic for visvim involved a combination of the nostalgic with the modern. Particularly, this collection puts together an impressive collection of denim, outerwear, and knits to echo that.
The pieces all style behind old-school Americana, but also feature the brand’s personal touch. As usual, we also see a solid release of visvim footwear.
