TGWO x Saucony Shadow 500 “VHS”
The Good Will Out has been making headlines during 2017 and we are not surprised. They have extensively been working with New Balance, Asics, Diadora, and now Saucony.
You know, there was a time that you could not stream all your movies, so VHS was your only option to keep on track with your cinematographic passion and knowledge. As known, TGWO is well known for their great stories and inspirations when it comes to collaborations, hence this release.
Using a classic silhouette, the Shadow 500, the whole shoe takes inspiration from the iconic VHS, mixing mesh, leather, and suede on the full-black upper. In addition, the toebox displays classic control symbols as well as brandings from TGWO on heel and tongue.
All of these superb details are built on a translucent outsole influenced by TV screen’s “white noise”. The details do not end here. Together with the release, Hollis Brown Thorton made a special box for the pair and you will be able to purchase a matching t-shirt and trucker cap.
TGWO x Saucony Shadow 500 “VHS” will release by August 5 instore and thereafter online with a price tag of 150€.
