KITH Volcano 2.0 by Ronnie Fieg is here
The latest from Fieg is the KITH Volcano 2.0 collab with ASICS. Fans and followers have been literally waiting for this for years and years.
Ronnie Fieg is perhaps New York streetwear’s most prevalent symbol. It’s a little weird when you think about the man’s disposition.
He’s not one to be overly expressive and doesn’t do a ton of interviews. Nonetheless, his designs are often a good measure of bold, along with almost always going heavy on quality.
As most of us know, ASICS and the KITH founder have had a long, successful history as partners. That pattern remains here as we get a look at interpretations of the GEL Diablo and GEL-Lyte III models.
The former sees inspiration from Springtime color schemes, taking on a mesh base with suede and nubuck overlays. The Asics GLIII brings back the lauded 2013 “Volcano” colorway from Fieg.
As an additional hint of heat, this GEL-Lyte III was also handcrafted in Japan, leathers and all. Released online earlier today, you can have a look online at KITH.
